AI phone answering is an add-on on any plan: $199 per location per month, or $0 if you process card payments with Esplanda at a trailing 30-day average ticket of $20 or more. Both prices include 1,000 answered minutes per location per month, then $0.20 a minute. Web chat, owner inbox triage and the staff answer device are included on every plan.
Card processing is optional: the plan price is the same whoever processes your cards. Esplanda processes card payments as a reseller for First American Payment Systems, a Deluxe company, which approves, funds and owns your merchant account. Rates start at 2.79% + $0.10 in person and 2.89% + $0.30 online, and your rate is set when First American approves your account, from your current statement.
Your ad budget goes to Google, Meta or TikTok, and Esplanda takes no percentage of it; text-message carrier fees are passed through at cost, with no markup. Delivery apps such as DoorDash and Uber Eats keep their own commissions. Card processing, POS hardware and the two add-ons are optional and priced separately.
Each location is billed at its own plan, with its own limits, so your stores can run different plans. Three or more locations are quoted, with a group view of every store.
