How do I sign up for Esplanda?
Fill in the sign-up form on this page: your business name, your business email, a password, your business address picked from the Google suggestions, and your store type. Press Sign up. When the form confirms your sign-up, Esplanda opens at app.esplanda.com.
What do Esplanda's plans cost?
The plans are Visibility at $99, Operations at $299 and Done-For-You at $599, per location per month, and Esplanda POS is included on every plan. Keeping another register costs $79 per register per month. Card processing is optional and priced separately: Esplanda processes card payments as a reseller for First American Payment Systems, a Deluxe company, with rates from 2.89% + $0.30 online and 2.79% + $0.10 in person. Your rate is set when First American approves your account, from your current statement.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
No annual contract. Esplanda is month to month: cancel month to month and take your data with you. You can also move up or down a plan at any time, and the change applies from the next billing cycle.
Which plan is right for my store?
Pick by how much you want Esplanda to do. Visibility at $99 advises you, for owners who have time and want the read. Operations at $299 prepares the work for your one-click approval, for owners who know what to do and never get to it. Done-For-You at $599 runs inside limits you set once, for a business that should keep moving without you.
Do I have to switch registers to try Esplanda?
No. Keep the register you have, or use ours. Esplanda connects to Square, Clover, Lightspeed and KORONA registers for $79 per register per month. Esplanda POS is included on every plan and is the simpler path, because the sale and the stock count come from one system.
What does Esplanda do without my approval?
On Done-For-You, only the work you handed over, inside limits you set once. On Visibility and Operations, nothing spends money or changes a price on its own. On every plan, anything outside your limits, replies to 1–2 star reviews, complaints, refund requests, anything touching alcohol rules or a legal claim, any ad spend, publishing a blog post, a price move near your floor or larger than your maximum move size, marketplace prices and a shift swap that breaks your rules always wait for your approval, and you can switch to approve-everything mode at any time.
