Marketing — Do It Yourself
Marketing software pricing: six jobs, one line, $199
Segmentation, content, email and SMS, social, ads and listings in one line: you decide what runs, and Esplanda builds it, schedules it and reports what it did.
Ad spend runs on your own card, never marked up, with no percentage taken. Grow My Business ($699) contains this line in full, so you hold one or the other. See Esplanda pricing.

What's in it
Six jobs, every meter in plain view
A bundle whose parts are hidden is a tier with a nicer name. So each job is listed with exactly what you get each month.
| Job | What it does | What you get each month |
|---|---|---|
| Customer segmentation | Scores every customer by recency, frequency and spend, lifetime value and risk of leaving | 25,000 scored contacts, refreshed nightly |
| Content | Articles for your website, plus news and press pushes | 12 published articles and 2 news or press pushes |
| Email and SMS | Campaigns to the right segment, at the right time | 25,000 emails and 1,000 SMS segments |
| Social | Posts scheduled across your accounts | 60 posts across 3 accounts, plus 2 syndication pushes |
| Managed advertising | Ad creative built, spend managed to the budget you set | 22 creative variants; managed spend up to $10,000, on your card, never marked up |
| Listings and local presence | Hours, address and details kept the same everywhere | 15 listings kept, Google questions watched, 12 Google Business Profile posts |
| One line | All six jobs | $199 a location a month, with no percentage of sales or ad spend |
A hard stop at 150%
Email and SMS never quietly keep sending past the included volume. At 150% they stop, you are told, and a top-up is a decision you make, priced per send and per segment at the published rate.
Your customer list is free
It comes with the register. The line covers the scoring, segments and churn signal computed over it; see customer loyalty software.
Listings first
Why listings sit inside the line
Publishing 12 articles and 60 posts a month while Google, Apple, Yelp and your own site disagree about your closing time is buying traffic into a locked door.
Correct hours, address and phone are the precondition for the other five jobs. A customer who drives over because of a post and finds the door locked has had a worse experience than if you had never posted. So the fix is inside the line, at no separate charge, and it is the first thing that runs.

One or the other
This line or Grow My Business. Never both.
Grow My Business at $699 contains this $199 line in full. An account holds one or the other: choosing one ends the other in the same step.
| Do It Yourself, $199 | Grow My Business, $699 | |
|---|---|---|
| Segmentation, content, email, SMS, social, listings, ads | Yes | Yes, identical |
| Who decides what runs | You | Esplanda, inside limits you set |
| Who executes | You click | Esplanda executes |
| What gets measured | What each send did | What the revenue goal did, with a holdout |
| The plan | Yours | An annual plan with quarterly re-forecasts |
| Price per location per month | $199 | $699 |
Do you want to decide what runs, or give Esplanda a number and have it run to it?
Unsure? Take this line. It moves up any time: a move to $699 mid-month is charged at $699 less the part of the $199 you already paid, the only prorated credit anywhere in Esplanda's pricing. See done for you marketing.
Scope
What you get, said plainly
Three things owners ask before they buy a marketing line, answered up front.
Reviews run on their own line
An unanswered bad review is a liability on an hours clock, not a monthly campaign, so it has its own line at $79 a month, bought on its own. See reputation management pricing.
Measured, job by job
Correct listings, indexable content, a product or service feed, posts on schedule and segments that reach the right people: the work that makes a higher search position and an AI assistant's recommendation more likely, each with its result measured.
You make the calls
Esplanda drafts, builds, schedules and reports; the decisions are yours. For an owner who wants a number hit without being asked, there is done for you marketing.
Questions
Marketing software pricing questions owners ask
How much does Esplanda's marketing software cost?
Marketing — Do It Yourself is $199 per location per month for six jobs: customer segmentation, content, email and SMS, social, managed advertising, and listings and local presence. There is no setup fee, no contract and no per-user fee, and Esplanda POS and your website are free.
What are the actual limits? I do not want to find out later.
25,000 scored contacts with recency, frequency, spend, lifetime value and churn refreshed nightly. 12 published articles a month plus 2 news or press pushes. 25,000 emails and 1,000 SMS segments a month. 60 social posts across 3 accounts plus 2 syndication pushes. 22 advertising creative variants, with managed spend up to $10,000 a month. 15 listings maintained, Google question threads watched, and 12 Google Business Profile posts. Email and SMS stop at 150% of the included volume until you approve a top-up, priced per send and per segment at the published rate.
Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?
No, not at any spend level. Media runs on your own card, it is never marked up, and Esplanda takes no share of it. The $199 is the whole fee for managing it and it stays the same when your spend changes. Managed spend goes up to $10,000 a month, a ceiling rather than a target.
Why is listings management in a marketing line?
Because publishing 12 articles and 60 posts a month while Google, Apple, Yelp and your own site disagree about your closing time is buying traffic into a locked door. Correct hours, address and phone are the precondition for the other five jobs, so the fix sits inside the line at no separate charge and runs first.
What is the difference between this and Grow My Business at $699?
The jobs are identical. What changes is who decides and who executes. On this line you decide what runs and Esplanda builds and schedules it. On Grow My Business you set a revenue goal and Esplanda decides what runs and executes it inside limits you set, with a holdout so the result is measured, against an annual plan with quarterly re-forecasts. Grow contains this line in full.
Can I buy both marketing lines?
No. An account holds one or the other, and choosing one ends the other in the same step. If you move up mid-month you pay $699 less the part of the $199 you already paid, the only prorated credit anywhere in Esplanda's pricing. If you are undecided, take this line: it moves up any time.
Is review management included?
Reviews and Reputation is its own line at $79 a month, bought separately from this $199. It runs on a different clock: a bad review sitting unanswered for four days is a liability, not a campaign, so it gets alerts within minutes and drafted replies for your approval.
What happens if I cancel?
The line cancels to the free register and free website, with no minimum term and no early termination fee. Your contacts, segments, published content, listings and campaign history stay yours and can be exported at any time. If you leave Esplanda altogether, you take everything.
