Esplanda POS runs on a desktop, tablet or phone you already have, and buying hardware is optional. Stores that keep a Square, Clover, Lightspeed or KORONA register pay $79 per register per month to connect it instead. Card processing is optional and priced separately: Esplanda's processing is resold through First American Payment Systems, a Deluxe company, from 2.89% + $0.30 online and 2.79% + $0.10 in person, with your own rate set after your current statement is read.

Yes. Esplanda connects to Square, Clover, Lightspeed and KORONA registers for $79 per register per month, so you do not have to replace the register you have. Esplanda POS is also included on every plan, and it is the simpler path because there are no products to match between two systems and nothing to reconcile at night. Keep the register you have, or use ours.

Esplanda reads your sales and stock counts and warns you before a best seller runs out. On Visibility it tells you what to reorder and when. On Operations it writes the purchase order continuously, one per supplier, timed to each supplier's delivery day, and one tap sends it. On Done-For-You it sends orders inside your maximum order value, weekly ceiling and approved suppliers, and anything outside them waits for your approval. Esplanda also shows how much cash is tied up in stock that is not selling.
